We collect information that you provide when you place an order, contact us, or submit the newsletter form. This information may include your name, email address, telephone number, shipping address, product and size selections, and correspondence with us. When you submit the newsletter form, we also record the referring page, browser information, and submission timestamps.

Payment information is entered through checkout operated by Stripe. We retain transaction details needed to process and support your order. Codestars Clothing does not receive your full payment-card number.

We use the TikTok Pixel to measure the performance of advertising campaigns and understand activity on the site. The Pixel may use cookies or similar technologies and may receive technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device information, page URL, referring page, timestamp, product views, size selections, checkout initiation, and newsletter submission events. These events do not include customer names, contact information, shipping addresses, or payment details.

We use personal information to process transactions, arrange fulfillment and shipping, provide customer support, maintain business and tax records, protect the site against fraud or misuse, and measure advertising performance.

We disclose only the information reasonably necessary for these purposes. Payment providers receive information needed to authorize and administer payment. Production, fulfillment, and shipping providers receive the customer, address, product, size, and delivery information needed to make and deliver an order. TikTok receives the technical and event information described above for campaign measurement.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including order support, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect user information.

You may decline newsletter communications and may use your browser settings to limit cookies. Other parties, including TikTok, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites while the Pixel is active. This site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.

To the extent provided by applicable California law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that we maintain about you. We may take reasonable steps to verify a request before responding.

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be identified on this page by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, by an additional notice on the site.
